Trust & Verification

Verification is the difference between intelligence and liability.

OSINT is only as defensible as its provenance. Anyone can scrape a profile — but if you can't prove where a record came from, that it was lawfully sourced, and who is allowed to query it, you don't have intelligence, you have exposure. OSINT Elite verification is an independent audit of every provider's sourcing, security, and compliance posture — so that a badge in the catalog is a claim we'll stand behind.

Lawful sourcing, proven

Every verified provider files a signed attestation describing how each data type is collected — public records, consented data, licensed feeds — and warrants it carries no scraped credentials or stolen corpora. We sample and re-test it.

Compliance both sides expect

GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 posture is reviewed against the data a service actually returns. Buyers inherit a documented compliance chain instead of taking a vendor's word — and so do their auditors.

A badge you can audit

Verification isn't a logo we hand out. Every verified provider exposes a public verification ledger — auditor, scope, last review date, and a live probe result — so the claim is checkable, not marketing.

Program tiers

Three tiers. Each one earns a different badge.

Tiers are cumulative — a Certified provider has cleared every Verified check plus an independent data-handling audit and an SLA commitment.

        The process

        From submission to a monitored badge

        Automated checks run in minutes; a human assessor signs off the parts a machine can't. Once granted, a badge is continuously monitored — it can be suspended the moment a control lapses.

        Responsible OSINT

        Verified providers, vetted buyers

        Trust is two-sided. Sensitive intelligence is gated by buyer tier, every query is attributable, and abuse is monitored in real time. Providers list with us because we control who can reach their data.

        Access gating

        High-sensitivity services (people resolution, breach exposure, reverse-face, wallet tracing) require a KYC-verified account. The most sensitive lookups are restricted to buyers with a documented lawful purpose.

        {{ICON_ACTIVITY}}

        Abuse monitoring

        Per-key behaviour is profiled continuously. Volume spikes, enumeration patterns, and out-of-purpose querying trip automated rate limits and route to manual review before damage is done.

        Full audit trail

        Every call is logged with its request_id, key, endpoint, and result. Providers and buyers get an immutable, exportable record — for their own compliance and ours.

        The badge system

        Read a badge at a glance

        Two accents do all the work. Emerald means an independent review has occurred and a ledger is published; the cyan in-review state means an application is mid-audit; no badge means no review has happened. Absence is information.

        {{ICON_LOCK}}
        The verified glyph is a check-node, never an emoji or a generic check. Emerald is reserved exclusively for verification surfaces — it never appears on pricing, charts, or interactive controls, so a glance is enough to know you're looking at a trust claim.

        Sell intelligence buyers can trust

        Get verified once, list across the marketplace, and let the ledger close the deal. Median decision in 6 days.
